How the procedure is carried out
First step:
Before the treatment, take a shower and exfoliate. Wrap cosmetics are more effective when applied to cleansed skin. For example, a natural sea salt scrub can be used to effectively and gently cleanse the skin.
Peeling should be done 2-3 times a week, depending on the sensitivity of your skin. More frequent exfoliation can traumatise the epidermal cells. The skin under the shower should be rubbed with a massage mitt until it turns red.
Second step:
Apply the warming cosmetic to the problem areas with massaging movements from top to bottom. Then wrap a plastic film around the body in the same direction. Each new wrap should overlap the previous wrap by 1/3. After this you should take a horizontal position and watch how you feel. The body tissues under the film should warm up, but not burn. After 15-20 minutes, remove the film and wash off the make-up with water.
For the 'hot' part of the contrast wrap, a natural magnesium salt-based thermal wrap is ideal.
Step three:
Apply a cooling cosmetic and wrap a film around the area from bottom to top. Then lie horizontally again and continue lying down. The film should be removed after 30 minutes. The product is usually completely absorbed by this time.

Showering after the treatment is not recommended for the next 5-7 hours.
